Contra Costa Supervisor Map

Supervisors control health, mental health, social services, jails, DA, Public Defender, elections administration, property tax billing, some libraries, public health rules, and certain regional programs. They also handle zoning, development approvals, policing (Sheriff), and code enforcement for unincorporated areas such as North Gate, Shell Ridge, Contra Costa Centre, and other unincorporated Walnut Creek pockets.
